Power Electronics reaffirms its commitment to dermatological health this summer through our Skin Cancer Prevention Campaign on campus, emphasizing our dedication to the health and well-being of all the people who are part of the company.

This initiative aims to perform dermatological check-ups, raise awareness of the risks of sun exposure, and encourage responsible skin care habits.** \

Check-ups without leaving work

We are pleased to once again partner with Dr. Carlos Guillén, a leading dermatologist with over 30 years of experience and a former head of the Dermatology Service at the Valencian Institute of Oncology. Dr. Guillén's professionalism and accessibility enabled him to offer our team high-quality, personalized medical services. He addressed individual concerns and conducts thorough examinations to detect early skin lesions related to sun exposure. \

Technology to raise awareness

The campaign also featured the use of a UV lamp, a technology that allows us to visualize skin damage caused by solar radiation, which is not visible to the naked eye. This device serves not only a medical purpose but also acts as an educational tool, vividly demonstrating the effects of sun exposure before visible signs appear, especially during peak exposure months.

An ongoing commitment

This campaign was part of our global health promotion strategy that we implement year-round, focusing on disease prevention, promoting emotional well-being, and fostering a safe and healthy work environment.
