This compact solution also allows the customer to install a fully configurable low-voltage cabinet.
Power Electronics will be attending Solar Power International (SPI), Energy Storage International, and North America Smart Energy Week at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, from 23 to 26 of September. This is the largest gathering of industry experts, leaders, and professionals from the solar, energy storage, smart energy, microgrid solutions, and EV infrastructure industry in North America.
At the beginning of 2017, the irrigation sector had already been making photovoltaic installations for direct supply of private pumps, mostly isolated, to replace or complement the use of generator sets for several years. At that time, Power Electronics SD700SP drive was already the most installed. With the implementation of this solar pumping system it was possible to reduce operating costs and increase energy efficiency.
The head of the solar division of Power Electronics for Latin America, Raquel Igualá, has highlighted the importance of knowing exactly the grid code that will be required prior to the sizing of a photovoltaic plant, in its participation in the portal’s interview cycle of news specialized in renewable energies of Latin America “Energía Estrategica”.
