Power Electronics lands at Cannes Festival 2023

The 76^th edition of the Cannes Festival was held from May 16 to 27, 2023. The most important film festival in the world brought together film stars from all over the world and Power Electronics witnessed it.

The company's electric chargers, world leader in renewable energy, contributed to bring sustainability closer to the event where filmmakers, actors, producers and critics from all over the world got together.

During the days the Festival was held in the French city of Cannes, the 200 official vehicles of the organization were able to recharge on Power Electronics' chargers.

This action has had a great environmental impact and has saved 80 tons of CO2 and 28,000 liters of diesel. Power Electronics is committed to bring sustainability closer to important events where electric mobility plays a key role.

The transport sector is responsible for up to 25% of CO2 emissions in Spain, and almost 40% of the emissions of the diffuse sectors. These aspects have made it's in the crosshairs of all actions and trends aimed at achieving a greener and more sustainable future.
